Bridal hair and makeup includes extra time for consultation, preparation, and making sure every detail is perfect for your wedding day. As the bride, you’ll be photographed many times, and those images will last a lifetime, so the service is designed to be more thorough and personalised for you.

Can my bridal hair and makeup be done in about an hour?

For brides, I always allow a minimum of 2 hours. This isn’t just for the hair and makeup itself—it’s also to make sure you have a calm, relaxed start to your day. On a wedding morning, guests may stop by, the photographer may arrive, flowers may be delivered… things can get busy! The extra time ensures we can adjust to any interruptions without rushing such an important moment.It might end up earlier, but we keep this buffer to make sure everything goes smoothly.

How far in advance should I book?

Unlike some other artists, I accept bookings only within 0 to 10 months before the date due to personal reasons.Whether you’re planning well ahead or need a last-minute appointment, feel free to get in touch!

Can I come to you? Do you have a studio?

I don’t have a home studio at the moment, but I’m happy to travel to your location.

Do you bring an assistant or another artist for larger groups?

Please discuss this with me in advance. If I’m unable to bring another artist myself, you may need to book one separately.

Can you stay for the photo session for touch-ups?

Question 7

There will be a break between the ceremony and the reception. Can you come back for a hair change and makeup touch-up before the reception?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I can return before the reception for a hair change and makeup touch-up.An additional fee will apply for it, plus travel expenses to the reception venue.

How long does the trial take?

As we will discuss the details together and decide on the best look for you, the trial will take at least 2.5 hours.

Should I wash my hair before the appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please wash your hair within 24 hours before your appointment and come with it completely dry. This helps us achieve the best styling results.

I live overseas. I can't make a payment by bank transfer.

Accepted Answer

If you're travelling from overseas and don't have an Australian or New Zealand bank account, please let me know. Depending on the total amount, I may be able to accept cash payment on the day or offer an alternative payment method.
